The service

Jobsy provides free and paid tools that tailor your resume to a job description, assist you in filling application forms, advise you on the next step for a captured role, and track your applications. You review each application and submit it yourself.

Free access, passes, and billing

Jobsy Free includes five complete job applications in a rolling 30-day window. One job unlocks the resume, cover letter, answer drafts, role copilot, and retries for that saved job. The Sprint Pass is a one-time purchase for 30 days and Search Season is a one-time purchase for 90 days. Passes do not renew automatically. Prices shown at checkout may be subject to applicable taxes, and access begins after Lemon Squeezy confirms payment. When a pass ends, new jobs return to the Free allowance; existing work and jobs already unlocked remain available.

Lemon Squeezy processes payments and refunds. Except where law requires otherwise, completed charges are non-refundable. A full refund, if issued, ends access from that purchase; a partial refund does not automatically change access. Existing customers on a grandfathered recurring Pro subscription keep the renewal and cancellation terms shown when they purchased and can manage that subscription from Settings.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your experience. Jobsy uses the facts you save in your profile.
• Use your own accounts on third-party sites (e.g. an employer’s application portal) and comply with those sites’ terms.
• You are responsible for reviewing every application before you submit it.
• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no automated or bulk access, no attempts to overload or farm the AI features, no reselling, reverse engineering, or using Jobsy to generate false or misleading information about yourself or others. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do. The AI features are provided for tailoring your own job applications only.

AI-generated content

Jobsy uses AI to rephrase and select from the facts you provide and constrains output to those facts, but you are responsible for reviewing generated resumes and answers for accuracy before use. We make no guarantee about interview outcomes, ATS behavior, or hiring results.

Availability & changes

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties, and may change or pause. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use means you accept the update.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbaz Shaikh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
