Jobsy (Jobsynow) Chrome extension
The official Chrome extension from jobsynow.com. Tailor your resume to a job description, draft a cover letter, and autofill supported job application forms from the side panel. You review the application and submit it yourself.
How it works
- 1Add the extension and pin it to your toolbar.
- 2Sign in with the same account you use on the web app.
- 3Open the Jobsy panel on a Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby application page.
- 4Review the filled fields, complete anything marked “Needs you”, and submit when ready.

Where Jobsy works
Autofill requires Chrome on a desktop or laptop. The web workspace supports resume import, tailoring, and downloads on mobile too.
- Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby
- Jobsy detects these forms when the panel is open. Review the filled fields before submitting.
- Other company application forms
- Choose “Map this page” and allow access to the site. Coverage varies, so some fields need to be completed by hand. Workday support is limited.
- LinkedIn, Indeed, and Wellfound
- Capture a posting and download your tailored resume. Jobsy does not automate these platforms’ own application boxes.
Connect your side panel
After installation, pin Jobsy to your Chrome toolbar and click its icon. Review the data-use disclosure and sign in with the same account as the web app. Keep the panel open, then return to your dashboard to check the connection.
